MedTech Operations Coordinator - UK & Europe

Location: Woking, Surrey (with European coordination)
Contract: Full‑time, permanent

Perform Logistics is a specialist logistics provider supporting the MedTech and life sciences sector across the UK and Europe. We manage high‑value, mission‑critical equipment where precision, compliance, and professionalism matter.

We’re now looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our MedTech team, supporting complex UK and European haulage, white‑glove deliveries, and on‑site logistics activity.

The Role

This is a hands‑on coordination role, focused on end‑to‑end control. You’ll be managing time‑critical deliveries, coordinating drivers and on‑site teams, and ensuring every movement meets our white‑glove service standards.

You’ll act as a central point of control between clients, drivers, customs agents, and field teams — keeping everything aligned, compliant, and on schedule.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate UK and European road freight movements for MedTech equipment
• Plan and manage white‑glove deliveries, including timed, sensitive and on‑site installations
• Liaise with drivers, field teams, warehouses, and clients to ensure flawless execution
• Oversee on‑site delivery teams and final‑mile activity where required
• Ensure all movements align with MedTech handling, compliance and service standards
• Manage customs documentation and requirements for EU – UK – EU movements
• Anticipate issues and resolve them before they impact delivery
• Maintain clear operational control, accurate records and strong communication throughout

• Ideally a proven experience in UK and European haulage operations
• Strong understanding of customs requirements and cross‑border movement
• Experience coordinating time‑critical or high‑value deliveries
• Naturally organised, calm under pressure and detail‑focused
• Confident dealing with drivers, clients, and on‑site teams
• Flexible, practical, and solution‑led in approach
• Comfortable working in a regulated, client‑critical environment
   

MedTech, healthcare, exhibition, or technical logistics experience is highly advantageous, but we value the right mindset and operational discipline above all.
