Salary: £35 - 45k Depending on experience

The Role

As a Sales Executive – MedTech Healthcare Logistics, you will be responsible for driving growth by securing new clients, expanding relationships with existing accounts, and positioning Perform Logistics as the go-to partner for compliant and reliable healthcare logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business in targeted healthcare verticals (medical device manufacturers, private hospitals, NHS trusts, healthcare technology providers).

  • Lead direct sales campaigns and manage account-based outreach strategies.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior procurement and operations teams.
  • Represent Perform Logistics at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, thought leadership content, and client engagement strategies.
  • Manage CRM data, sales pipeline, and deliver accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Support client retention and upselling through structured account management.
     

About You

  • Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare logistics or related sectors.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with NHS procurement and compliance requirements (ISO 13485, MHRA, GDPR).
  • Skills: Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and presentation abilities.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, entrepreneurial, and adaptable.
